Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Richorax. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7-12 business days
- Shipping Cost: Free for orders over $50 (Otherwise calculated at checkout)

*Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays.*

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
